UK shipping
We’re a UK based company (we’re Bri’ish innit), if you’re based in the UK, all shipping costs are included in your order 🎉
International shipping 🌎
We don’t ship internationally (for now!), get in touch with us at info@tatreez.uk if you’d like to request shipping to your country.
Returns
Return
We know that you will absolutely love your Tatreez kit!
But… if items are faulty or damaged (oops!): please get in touch with us at info@tatreez.uk within 14 days of receiving your item and send us pictures of the damaged product for information on how to return.
Exchanges
Exchanges are also accepted providing the product has remained in the exact same condition it was sent to you. Please get in touch with us at info@tatreez.uk for information on exchanges.
FAQs
How long does shipping take?
We will try our best to ship your kit within 3-5 business days of receiving your order. We’re still a baby business, please be patient with us 🤲. We want to make sure we’re sending you the best quality kits, which means manual quality checks and packing.
If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation email within 1 week, please get in touch info@tatreez.uk and we’ll investigate 🕵️
How can I share my finished embroidery?
We love seeing your work! Tag us on instagram @Tatreezrevival or use the hashtag #TatreezRevival to be featured on our page.
Are the kits suitable for beginners?
Yes! Our kits are designed for all skill levels, and each one comes with easy-to-follow instructions. You may want to supplement with video instructions (our very own one will be coming soon!)
Will there be other products available?
We’re working on making other products available soon! Follow us on instagram to stay updated.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
If you need to make changes or cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After this timeframe, we may not be able to make adjustments as your order will already be in processing.
I can’t afford a tatreez kit right now but would love to try it out!
We’ve tried our best to make our kits as affordable as possible, we pride ourselves in being the cheapest on the market. However, we understand that £15 might still be out of reach, if you feel this applies to you, please get in touch with us via email at info@tatreez.uk and we will do our best to accommodate you with a discount.
